Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 1 pound cauliflower
- 2 Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
- 3/4 cup cashewnut paste (thick)
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry cauliflower till it becomes golden brown. Keep it aside.
- Now in another pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry Cinnamon, Ginger garlic paste and garam masala powder for 5sec. Now add chopped onions,turmeric,salt and fry well.
- Add fried Cauliflower, mix well and add tomato, coriander powder, chili powder and fry with closed lid for 5 minutes.
- Add water and let it cook covered for 3 minutes. Add cashew nut paste and mix well. Cook covered for 3 more minutes.
- Serve hot with Indian Naan/chapati or pita bread.
